Alpha completed the historical concrete repair and restoration of the entire exterior of the building. This involved recreating the original missing ornamental elements along with restoring the existing ones. Alpha also restored the sheet metal cornices and installed new wood windows. During the restoration project Alpha uncovered and restored a beautiful and unique entrance fountain that had been abandoned and covered for many years.
