Alpha Restoration and Waterproofing was the contractor selected to restore this historic building. This building was originally the Cogswell College and was converted into the current Ritz Carlton Hotel. We proudly restored the building’s exterior terra cotta, infilled some of the openings with new terra cotta to match existing, repaired, replaced and restored some of the missing blocks and constructed the new entry porte cochere which replaced the old entrance stairs.
