Built in 1914, this property is a luxury 8 story historic building situated at the top of Nob Hill.
The exterior repairs were done in four phases.Repairs included the complete replacement and rebuilding of the concrete balustrade at the penthouse level, reinforcing the penthouse’s structural slab with glass fiber and waterproofing with PMMA. The exterior of the perimeter walls of the penthouse were reinforced and stucco was replaced. The work on the exterior walls of the building included stripping the old paint, repairing spalled concrete, cathodic protection, repair to the architectural metal railings, restoration of the sheet metal cornice, repairing the terra cotta balustrade at the second floor, restoring numerous windows and doors, deck coating and exterior coating and painting.
