One level of this building had been modified in the 1960’s to create extremely large windows which reduced the structural load capacity. Working along with a structural engineer, our mission was to install additional reinforced concrete structural beams and columns that allowed the client to maintain their wide view windows and it restored the structural integrity of the upper floors of the building.
