2799 Pacific is one of the earliest built Pacific Heights crest houses. It was built in 1893/1894. Alpha is very proud and honored to have been the selected contractor to restore this unique house. Restoration included window repairs, rear deck waterproofing, decorative stucco, roof repairs and painting.
