This North Beach condominium complex consists of three buildings that have nine lightwells clad in MDF siding that was deteriorated. In multiple phases Alpha Restoration & Waterproofing was involved in replacing original wood siding with new Hardie Cement Board Lap siding. As part of the process windows were removed to install a complete waterproofing system with new stainless steel sheet metal flashing. To waterproof the exterior stucco walls all the window perimeters were caulked and the walls were coated with elastomeric silicone coating.
